Dear Gary,
It has been a pleasant experience working with you in designing and constructing our web-site. For several years our web-site, although duly registered, did very little for us as it only said," site under construction". I was a bit ashamed of it being in that condition for so long. Having looked into the cost of a site a few years previous, I was given to believe that it was an expensive proposition. My impression from some other web designers was that it was a very complex project to do and that it would require a great deal of time and money. In fact, we actually had a price from one party that scared me off from doing anything.

Then, one day in exasperation over our lack of a decent web page, I turned to the Hartford Yellow Pages and found you listed under Web Site Design. Once I looked into your web page and browsed through your sales brochure and sample pages done for other customers, I was pleasantly surprised to find published prices for design and consulting, price per basic web page, etc. This immediately removed the mystery that had built up in my mind. Then when I found out that you did most of your business by e-mail, I felt more comfortable as well as it took a lot of off of me in not having to schedule a number of meetings on site.

The fact that you could work remotely, not infringing on our schedule, and you could put your ideas up on your own web-site for my review and critique, proved to be a tremendous help. Your prompt actions and your clearly defined parameters for a typical site proved to make this a pleasant and fruitful experience. Also, I must commend you in your manner of carrying on business, low pressure, your helpful attitude, your patience with people who are not fluent on computers or the inter-net, such as myself, and your suggestion of inter-linking our site with the major Browsers, etc. all worked out for our benefit.
